Lead CAD Designer Job - Worcestershire

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key duties are as follows:

- Designing new products as the Lead CAD Designer which will require excellent PTC Pro Engineer and AutoCAD knowledge and experience
- Design of small pressings and electromechanical parts
- Evaluate the parts and process cost in relation to cost efficiency and quality assurance

ABOUT YOU:

The Lead CAD Designer should have;

- A high level of experience in AutoCAD and PTC Pro Engineer
- Working experience in both a design office and cross functional/business teams.
- Experience of designing new products as well as improving current designs
- A large amount of creativity and latitude towards the project
- Knowledge of stress and tolerance analysis
- A methodical approach with a track record of delivering against timelines and the ability to provide accurate documentation.
- Requires a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject or demonstrable equivalent experience to the same standard
